Brief—With a pivot from B2B exclusivity to direct-to-consumer, Jono Pandolfi required a dual-purpose brand evolution and ecomm experience that could serve both chefs and home cooks.
Response—Led a creative refresh that spanned identity, UX, and content. Directed original photoshoots to bridge the worlds of hospitality and home, and developed an AR “try-at-home” tool to support discovery and conversion. A dual-track brand system with distinct wordmarks was introduced to distinguish product lines.
Outcome—“AOV was up 30% immediately after launch because our products were so much easier to find and the site was easier to navigate.”
