Sollis Health is a concierge medical service offering 24/7 access to ER-level care and deeply personalized treatment. Despite its premium positioning, the brand’s identity lacked the clarity and warmth to communicate its value.
Brief: Evolve an outdated brand system plagued by inconsistency—an overcrowded color palette, a logo that broke down at small sizes, and generic, impersonal photography.
Response: A refresh grounded in simplicity and trust. The visual language was simplified: a restrained color palette, a modern, legible type system, and a redesigned logo optimized for scalability.
Photo and video direction shifted toward human connection and calm authority. The slash-like ‘S’ from the brand mark became a flexible design motif, creating ‘visual splits’ that guide narrative and composition throughout the system.
